Frequently Asked Questions
-
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in, use the restroom, and begin your session relaxed and on time.
-
Your first session begins with a brief intake so I can understand your goals, concerns, and how your body has been feeling. This helps me support you safely and effectively.
If you booked a specific service (such as KCR, massage, cupping) we will follow that service as described. KCR, for example, is a structured full‑body protocol, so if you booked KCR, that is what we will complete during your session.
Within each service, I personalize the experience based on what your body needs that day. This may include adjusting pressure, pacing, focus areas, or adding supportive techniques that fit within the session you booked.
My goal is to help your body unwind, reset, and move toward better balance — in a way that feels safe, comfortable, and aligned with your goals.
